Ten young designers from around the globe have been shortlisted as REMIX finalists for the design competition final in Milan. The final judging and winners will be announced at the REMIX final on Friday 24th February during the international fashion week – and the new Uno Milano luxury fashion fair.
The ten REMIX finalists are as follows:

- Iris Alibali – Canada
- Yung Xue Song – China
- Morten Ussing – Denmark
- Nicolas Lecourt Mansion – France
- Ólöf Sigríður Jóhannsdóttir – Iceland
- Lim Jaeheon – Japan
- Aigul Asadullina – Russia
- Jeremy Gaillard – Switzerland
- Maria Vorobiova – Ukraine
Previous REMIX finalists have benefitted from developing relationships across the industry and some have gone on to work for major labels such as Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton and Balmain. Last year’s winner Daniel Kohavi saw her designs used for an editorial shoot for Vogue Italia.
Over 1,000 students from more than 25 countries have taken part in the competition since its inception 14 years ago. Previous finalists and winners include Astrid Andersen, a regular at London men’s fashion week; Nicolas Martin, menswear designer at Roberto Cavalli; Thom Barends, product designer for Haider Ackermann; Sally Bohan, senior designer for Patagonia and Roderick Buijs, menswear and womenswear designer at Louis Vuitton.
